Clinic Manager, Nebraska Home Dialysis
Milly Greenway manages a Fresenius home dialysis program with more than 80 patients. As a Home Dialysis Clinic Manager, Milly coordinates new patient admissions, training and education of staff, and scheduling. She also works with the financial coordinator to oversee admissions in correlation with insurance coverage and organizes many aspects of program research. Her other duties include preserving employee records, keeping track of certifications, capturing quality assurance and improvement data, and billing.
Clinical Program Coordinator, UVA Lynchburg Home Dialysis Program
Barbara Jefferson is the Registered Nurse Administrative Coordinator at University of Virginia Lynchburg Home Dialysis Program, where she manages a 50+ patient home dialysis unit and Transitional Start Unit (TSU). In her role, she supervises RN's, LPNs, and Administrative Assistants, collects and enters data for monthly Quality and Patient Initiative meetings, tracks quality indicators (anemia, adequacy, access, and infections), and manages the budget and supplies for the home dialysis program and TSU. She is also a member of American Nephrology Nurse Association, and serves on the NxStage Nurse Advisory Board.
Regional Home Clinic Manager, American Renal Management
Belinda Talton is the North Texas Regional Home Clinic Manager for American Renal Associates (ARA), and oversees 9 home programs. Her responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Federal, State, OSHA and other regulatory agencies and the completion of related paperwork. Belinda works closely with ARA Medical Directors to bring the best care to their patients, while adhering to the policies and procedures of the facility. Objectives include quality improvement, outcome monitoring, assessing and planning care meetings, monitoring patients' home environments, internal and medical record audits, and emergency procedures training coordination.
